COMMISSION TOS
>> I have every right to update these terms without notice.
>> I have every right to deny commissions. This includes commissions that I am uncomfortable with such as nudity and others.
>> Refunds are NOT allowed once you have paid. For whatever reason, I cannot complete the artwork, you will be 100% refunded.
>> Payment is needed after the approval of the initial sketch. No payment after approval will result in the cancellation of the commission.
>> My work should never be used for hate speech or malicious intent.
>> These are for personal commissions only. If you wish to commission artwork intended for selling products then you may reach out to me so we can work out an agreement and commercial payment.
>> My work is never to be used for the following:
NFTs, AI-generated "art," Generative Adversarial Networks, Neural Style Transfer, or anything similar.
>> As the artist, I reserve certain rights to the artwork therefore you are not allowed to claim the art as entirely your own. I have the right to use the commission for my art portfolio but you may choose if you are comfortable for me to post the artwork online.
>> I will only do simple backgrounds free of charge, anything else will have additional fees.
>> Significant changes during late production will be charged. (i.e. changing the entire pose during the rendering stage)
